Goal 1
On the Spring 2025 DIBELS assessment, % of 8th grade students with disabilities will meet the benchmark for fluency.
Baseline Data:
8th Grade SWD – 30 students total who are being monitored on the DIBELS growth assessment (20 in red, 1 in yellow, 4 in green, 5 in blue)
(THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE STUDENTS WHO PARTICIPATE IN VAAP)
Watch List Students:
(6th: 25 students –44% in red, 28% in yellow, 8% in green 7th: 10 students – 30% in red, 50% in yellow and 20% in green 8th: 17 students –64% in red, .5% in yellow, 11% in green, 11% in blue)
Goal 2
By May 2025, 10% of 8th grade students with a disability will perform higher in the areas of computation and estimation on the end of year MAP assessment.
Goal 3
The TMS team will create professional development pathways to support our provisional, EL, and new teachers.
Goal 4
By Spring 2025, core content staff will consistently conduct Professional Learning Communities to discuss and analyze data using MAP data, Mastery Connect Assessments, Quizzes writing across the content, or PBL’s.
Goal 5
By the 24-25 Tabb Middle School will reduce their overall office referrals from the 23-24 school year by 10%. In addition, by the 24-25 school year, Tabb Middle School will focus reducing referrals in the specific subgroups of special education and black students by 2%.
