2025-26

Goal 1

The pass rates for English Learners (ELs) and Students with Disabilities (SWD) will each increase by 10 percentage points in reading to reduce the achievement gap between these subgroups and the overall student population, while maintaining or exceeding the SY25 overall reading pass rate.

Goal 2

The pass rates for English Learners (ELs) and Students with Disabilities (SWD) will each increase by 7 percentage points in math to reduce the achievement gap between these subgroups and the overall student population, while maintaining or exceeding the SY25 overall math pass rate.

Goal 3

During weekly PLC meetings, staff will collaboratively plan instruction that supports the diverse needs of Students with Disabilities (SWD), English Learners (ELs), and gifted learners. Teachers will design highly engaging lessons that incorporate frequent checks for understanding, scaffolding, enrichment layers as appropriate and specially designed instruction (SDI) as appropriate. Instruction will also include opportunities for gifted students to extend their learning through enrichment tasks, open-ended problem solving, and real-world applications that promote critical thinking. Progress monitoring and data analysis will guide instructional adjustments and ensure that unmastered content is spiraled throughout the year.
