PE Excuses

Physical Education Exemption
A written note from a parent/guardian is required to excuse or limit your child’s participation in PE class for up to two consecutive PE days. School personnel (nurses or gym teachers) do not diagnose and do not exempt students from PE classes on a routine basis.
